Using the power of your mind you force the body of a single target in a direction until they hit a solid surface or move out of range. The creature must make a Strength saving throw.

The creature is thrown up to 300 feet in a single direction on a failed save. If the creautre would strike a solid surface, that creature takes 1d4 of bludgeoning damage for every 5 feet of movement they were pushed before impact.

Creatures smaller than you have disadvantage, creatures bigger than you have advantage.
