You harness the power of the moon to shoot forth a small but powerful beam of lunar energy in a 5-foot wide, 60 feet long line. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save a creature take 4d8 radiant damage and must make an additional Constitution saving throw. On a successful save the creature take half as much damage and does not require a Constitution save.
Any creature that fails their Constitution saving throw now emits dim light in a 10 foot radius for the duration of the spell. This light damages enemies; any enemy within range of the dim light being emitted by an affected target takes 1d8 radiant damage.
If you cast this spell at night, creatures have disadvantage on their Constitution saving throw.
