Liquify Mind

You attempt to disrupt the mind of a creature that you can see within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw.
  It takes 4d6 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, teh creature's Intelligence score is halved (rounded down).
  If this reduces the creature's Intelligence score to 6 or lower the creature can't cast spells, activate magic items, understand language, or communicate in any intelligble way until th espell ends.
