Eldritch Tendril

2nd-level conjuration   Casting time: 1 action   Range: 30 feet   Target: A creature within range   Components: V S   Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute   Classes: Blood Hunter, Warlock, Sorcerer   Subclasses: --  
You summon forth a long tendril of eldritch energy that lunges out towards a creature of your choice in range. Make a melee spell attack against the target. If the attack hits the creature takes 2d6 psychic damage, and if the target is a Medium or smaller creature the target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or become Restrained.
  At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage is increased by 1d6 for each slot above 2nd.
