You reach out and chill the blood of a creature taht you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the targets speed is reduced by half of their maximum, they have disadvantage on all saving throws, and they take 2d6 cold damage.
  Until the spell ends, you can use a bonus action on each of your subsequent turns to cause this damage again.
