Bottled Lightning

This unassuming bottle contains sparks of lightning. As an action, you can open the bottle and aim it at a target within 30 feet of you. Make a ranged attack against a creature or object, treating the bottled lightning as an improvised weapon. You have advantage on the attack roll if the target is wearing armor made of metal. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 lightning damage, and if the target is a creature, it can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn. The lightning is expended once used.
