Prerequisites: 1st level only, near-human variant
One of your parents is a memrfolk, or you are distantly descended from teh Elemental Plane of Water. Consequently, you have aquatic features like gills, webbed fingers and toes, and fishlike scales, which grant you the following racial traits:
Aquatic. You can breath air and water.
Finned. You have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
