A stolen double decker automated bus led Certis police on a wild chase in Woodlands, briefly entering into the Pfizer AgWorks extraterritorial region before veering off-road and crashing into a ditch.
Unbeknownst to the authorities, this was a daring escape staged by persons-of-interest Fiana Chew and Phua Chee How. The runners hired to retrieve them helped them escape to Boeing Forest City.
