Fringe

The Fringe network is a decentralized routing network set up in cities and rural routing centers in the southern Malaysian peninsula, BTown, SEAplex, and northern islands of Pfizer-Indonesia. Notably, this excludes Singapore sovereign territories.
The Fringe operates on the unwritten principles of non-censorship, non-regulation, and non-centralized power. Virtually any kind of information can be found on the Fringe, if you know where to look and who to talk to. However, information is not free and often relies on leveraging stake and reputation. Some content on the Fringe can be accessed on text-only browsers, while others require deep diving using a cyberdeck.
