SEAplex
SEAplex is a sprawling floating platform constructed out of abandoned and derelict cargo ships. It is home to a large population of legitimate inhabitants, illicit dwellers and criminal organizations. Originally pioneered by Singaporean Temasek engineers, SEAplex has since drifted out to Indonesian waters. No corporate or governmental body has claimed ownership of the platform.
Purpose / Function
Originally an experimental sustainable-housing project pioneered by Temasek.SG, SEAplex prototyped many technologies used for ocean based arcologies. It was later converted to public housing.
