Bedok Estates

Bedok Estates is an HDB mixed-use residential development complex in the eastern side of Singapore, east of the Marina Bay Dome.
The area is earmarked as a high-density residential zone for medium socioeconomic status families. Many are affiliated with international corporations with presence in the Marina Bay area. Like many HDB residential areas around Singapore, the zone is "mixed-used" with many daily amenities situated close-by. The "roadway re-elevation" project greatly revitalized the area in the 2030's, introducing modern transport infrastructure and a new multi-level commercial area. However, in recent years, the lower levels have developed a more seedy reputation.
