How Gods Work

Vanya is the embodiment of Khaos and Ishin is the embodiment of Order, both spawned from The Crucible, but equal in all things. the lands of Khaos were Vanya to rule and Ishin took Yggdrasil as his domain.
Ishin is a Primordial God, and Vanya is the other.
Ishin created seven orders of Gods to serve as his Avatars, vessels that could draw from his power made physical. To rule the 7 Orders, he championed a God-Vessel, a being capable of withstanding his power without developing faults of their own. This vessel is a Name of God and commands the 7 Pantheons of the Gods of Order.
The Avatars of Order number 7 in total, ruled by the Name of God. Each Avatar is held responsible for maintaining Yggdrasil and the life therein.

1. Misjun, the Divine Mother, responsible for the birth of new Realms and Worlds
2. Vaais, Queen of the Dead, Ruler of Niflheim, Commands the Death-Hands
3. Atsus, Lord of Space, God of Travelers, responsible for maintaining the roads between all Realms
4. Reseyar, Lord of Order, Keeper of the Seals, responsible for protecting the 7 Seals
5. Ysus, Queen of the Full Moon, is responsible for enacting Change in the cosmos
6. Kysyn, Lady of the Cosmic Flame, responsible for the destruction of old Realms and Worlds
7. Ralias, Lord of Sunlight & Radiance, responsible for Bards and Muses, the inspiration of Heroes

Vanya shattered herself into a million-billion pieces and allowed her Khaotic creations to wage war on each other for her. In the end, all of her pieces, save for one, were evenly split among five Lords, the 5 Khaos Gods who were the avatars of Vanya's power.
Unlike an Avatar of God, Demigods can be killed.
