Drazard

The Drazard are a sentient species that live on the tidally-locked planet of Mita. They are known primarily for being one of the five founding members of the The Confederation of United Planets and Kingdoms.

Anatomy

Drazard are a bipedal species, with pointed heads and large beaks. They have two fingers and a thumb on each hand and three toes on each foot.

Culture and Cultural Heritage

Drazard as a whole place great emphasis on psychics and omens, so much so that there is an official Ethite division for their police force. They also use omens sent from their ancestors to help make important policy decisions, but they are not entirely dependent on them.

The Three Kingdoms

Mita is divided into three main areas, known as the three kingdoms: the Day Kingdom, the Night Kingdom, and the Red Kingdom.

Tia

Located on the side of Mita that perpetually faces the sun, Tia is primarily known for being the technological center of the planet, specializing in solar and wind power. Despite being known as a kingdom, it is actually ruled by a council of priests known as the Cardacy.

Nace

Located on the side of Mita that is always dark, Nace is primarily known for its tall, crystal spires and its elaborate jewelry.

Hese

Hese isn't so much a kingdom as it is a loose collection of nomadic tribes. It was originally the center of the Hese Empire, however, in recent history it has been alternately claimed by both Tia and Nace at different points. For about five hundred standard years it has slowly been trying to gain more influence in planetary affairs through the Chalas.
