PC Races & Stat Rules

All races are allowed from any of the source books as long as cleared with me first, The only exception is the Dragonborn, who in this world have been extinct for 100's of years, maybe more. They were rumored to have resisted the Sahaugin to the last, and were utterly destroyed,
We also use the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything method of character stat generation, so your race doesn't matter in terms of stats. You simply pick two stats and add +2 to one and +1 to the other after using the standard point buy. Alternatively, you could add +1 to 3 stats. You cannot increase a stat above 20 at character creation.
