Olanthea
Capital city of New Olanth and landing site of the Elves in Arlán, Olanthea follows the amphibious layout of the cities of the Elven homeland on the southern continent. Due to the twin branches of their race, Elven cities are usually coastal and accomodate both aquatic and Landkind Elves alike. Olanthea is no exception, being criscrossed by canals and sporting both above and underwater ports and buildings.
Ruled by Balthazar Lecerf, the still living hero of his race (and many others as well) who led them to victory over the hated Sahaugin.
The Olanthean Navy rivals the Trastameri Armada, and is crucial to protecting the Western coasts.
