The Lord of Moon and Stars Valos

Valos the Ever changing, is an odd deity. In that as a god Valos changes with the stages of the moon itself. Being more mischievous and aloof with its earlier stages. While they become far more stoic, straightforward and more sagely as the full moon approaches. Overall Valos is not a malovlent force and tries to push for positive change in the world and the lives of people.
The Lord of change and adaption epitomizes the nature of change. The followers of change are rather divided on many of their lords message and meaning and how to best accomplish their lords commandments. There is really only a few things they all find themselves in agreement. Necromancers, liches, the undead, and those who seek immortality are foes of their lord, for even Death is a change we must accept.

Longest Night: Looking towards the winter solstice, one week for its occurrence Valosian followers prepare for a great celebration of feasting, of stories, and of sharing of gifts. The first two days are a days of stories, of lessons, of experiences good and ill. The next two are days of giving gifts to one another, tending to be to more humble and smaller gifts the first day, and something larger the second. The Fifth and Sixth day are days of feasting, of drinking and merriment. The seventh day as the night sky takes over for day. People stay awake and are lead by a priest, or eldest member of the community in accounting the tales of the stars, and the moon.
