Primer

Regarding Character creation:
1. All officially published materials are acceptable, except Planeshift content. If you wish to use Planeshift content, UA content, or Homebrew, you must ask.
2. Standard Point Buy.
3. You may use the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything rule with respect to racial stats boosts.
4. Standard Starting Equipment, or Gold, player's choice. If Standard Starting Equipment is chosen, items may be sold at 3/4 the listed price. If Gold is chosen, items may be purchased at the listed price.
5. Start at level 3. Multiclass is allowed, but the stat requirements must be met.
6. Players may choose to connect their backstories, but are not required to do so.
