Government

Wanderer's Harbor is run by a local council made up of the prominent families of the town and is overseen by Syr Elonora Varchild a descendant of Bronson Mitik. They pay taxes to the Holy Trynnien Empire and under the protection of the Army of Light.

Defences

The town is surrounded by a ditch and palisades with watch towers every 100 feet. 17 trained warriors serve in the town's defense, and a militia of 226 can be mustered in case of attack.

Industry & Trade

The primary economy is based around sailing and shipbuilding, though recently trade has been established with the Wisterian's. The main export is fish and sweet grass from the Anointed Savanna.

Infrastructure

The Port city is not as developed as its other coastal companions, though is more recently constructed. It has basics such as watermills, stone roads, bridges and a shipyard.

• Habor Town - the oldest part of the town, bars, simple housing and the docks are located here
• Mitik Manor - the noble manor of the towns oldest and most prominent family 
• Training Grounds - The training grounds for those aspiring to take the trip to Wander's Isle to compete in the Augur's Might

History

Established as a small dock, and a few houses used to travel to the Wanderer's Nest, the harbor has grown into its own right as a proper harbor and port town used often by the delegations and dignitaries of the Holy Trynnien Empire.

Points of interest

• The Aspirants Training Ground - The loud and often disturbing facility of those training to become chosen champions.  
• The Darkening Reef - A dying reef a mile off the coast.
• The Annointed Savannah - Nearby land filled with tall, sweet grass that some say is blessed by the Light itself. 

Tourism

Those who do visit here do not stay long expect those seeking to join the Aspirants, often a stopping point for those visiting the Wanderer's or Wisterian Isles. The town has many small inns and taverns but none as popular as The Lost Tankard, where it has become tradition to down a pitcher the morning one leaves port to the Wanderer's Isle.

Architecture

The town's buildings are made of a mixture of mud and stone with wooden supports. Roofs are normally made of slate and tiles to combat the coastal weather. The old town and harbor is built out of the stunning white stone used in elven construction. This is due to a trade deal where the Mitik family impressed an elven lord of Splintered Moon with the sweet grass of the Annointed Savanna.

Geography

Wanderer's Harbor is built on the western coast of the The Holy Trynnien Empire, flanked by the Annointed Savanna to the east and the Amethyst Abyss to the north and west. Many grand sunsets can be seen here and on the clearest days one may steal glimpses of the Wanderer's Isle.

Natural Resources

Fishing boats bring in ample amounts of fish and seaweed, but the region is famous for its sweet grass that some say grows over 5 feet tall.
