Malkanir Vir

Malkanir Vir was a Karakar scholar. According to the Great Library of Karakar, during the thirty-seventh year of the Age of Winter's End, he traveled to Nocturne and became blood brothers with the Green Monarch. He shared the information he gained on various rites in his memoirs.
Note: His first name indicates that Malkanir was not born into the Karakar.
