Ivy Vines
The Ivy Vines is a high-end food and drink establishment in Tyrness that can be considered a really exclusive pub for the upper class. It's where a lot of nobles and merchants go when they want to relax, eat good food, and generally not have to worry about appearances. The prices are expensive for their discretion.
The two story building is covered with green, ceramic tiles. The walls are made up of what look like tens of thousands of interwoven vines, with ivy leaves scattered across the surface. All the leaves and vines are made of wood and were created by a woodsinger.
Inside, the walls are still wood but have lacquered surfaces. Around the edges of each wall, as well as the support beams, are carvings of vines, with the leaves intricately painted to look as real as possible.
Rugs help soften the sounds inside the building, and the tables are carefully positioned behind short walls that cut off most line of sight to them. These features help keep any conversations private.
There are beautiful wooden furnishings, illuminated by lanterns that cast warm yellow light over each of the tables, while leaving much of the space in dimmer lighting.
