Hegemon of Semita

The Hegemon of Semita is the highest ranking office possible amongst civil society in Semita. Traditionally, the title of Hegemon can also come with claiming to be The Dragonlord of All Creation, the full title once used by Ashe the Primordial Dragon of Death when he created the office by conquering the world.
The Hegemon of Semita rules from either the Astral Palace, or their own preferred palace assuming they have lesser titles that come with a palace or castle.
The Hegemon cannot vote in The League of Sovereigns, unless to break a tie. The personal adviser to the Hegemon is The Speaker of The League.
