Ard'Galri

Reigning over all of the Exiled Kingdom is the Ard'Galri. The Emerald Bastion in Ard'Dyanir is exclusively theirs. They also command the Emerald Order, and appoint the commanding Ard'Onir of the Order. The other Galris swear fealty to the Ard'Galri, though this amounts to a military alliance and annual tribute of 5% of their earnings. Beyond this, the Galris are granted autonomous rule. Every Ard'Onir swears direct fealty to the Ard'Galri, and as such does not pay tribute to nor may be commanded by a Galri. The Ard'Galri generally has several bastions available for granting of land, due to Ard'Onir perishing before earning the title of Arl. These lands generally fall within other settlements belonging to the Galri, and are often used in bargains with them.

*Electors are the Arls of the demesne and the Galri.
