Biyana Anivu

A descendant of the Bracan royal family, she is attempting to bring those of Bracan ancestry back from the stigma they face due to the rebellion. While she understands that Timoff III was responsible for the massacres, she knows that the wider empire still views Bracans with suspicion. As such, her role in the architecture department is to show that former Bracans are, in fact, Eoin just as much as the rest of the empire and can build more than destroy. Her position is new, given by Taras in the first year of his reign, and she is loyal to him even through the horrors because he can remove her from office in an instant.
