You gain a +1 to attack and damage rolls with this weapon when attuned. Additionally, you retain the ranged attack property of the Wind Blade

The Zephyr's Cleaver has 1 charge. Its charge is restored at dawn. You may consume this charge as an action and cast the spell **[**Steel Wind Strike**]**. After doing so, the Zephyr's Cleaver ceases to retain its ranged attack property from the Wind Blade until the charge is restored.

Additionally, you can instead consume the charge as a reaction when you are subject to a spell or attack that utilizes "air" or "wind" as a means of affecting you with a negative condition or damage. (e.g Gust of Wind, Warding Wind, Breath weapon attacks.) If you do, their effects are neutralized for you. Similarly, the Zephyr's Cleaver ceases to retain its ranged attack property from the Wind Blade until the charge is restored.
