Way of the Runic Might
Starting at 6th level, your carrying capacity doubles. In addition, you improve your connection with a particular element. When you use your Soul of Giants feature, choose one of the giant types, and gain the corresponding benefit, which lasts as long as you’re Enlarged   Fire Fury: Once per turn when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you deal additional fire damage to the target equal to half your monk level.   Storm Dispersal: You gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed, and you can cast the absorb elements spell any number of times without expending a spell slot, but only when taking lightning or thunder damage.   Stone Strength: You improve your ability to catch and redirect attacks. When you use your deflect missiles feature, you may choose to use both hands, provided that they are empty. If you do so, you increase the damage that is reduced by one roll of your martial arts die. If you reduce the damage to 0 and the object is large enough to hold with both hands, you may make the ranged attack by spending 1 ki point as normal.   Hill Endurance: You gain temporary hit points equal to your monk level.   Frost Walker: Your step is slippery, letting you glide across the floor. You gain resistance to cold damage, your unarmored movement increases by 10 feet. In addition, when walking along the surface of water, you turn it to a thin sheet of ice, and your movement increases by an additional 10 feet.

Improved Runes
Starting at 11th level, when you use your Soul of Giants feature to cast Enlarge on yourself, you can spend an additional 5 ki points to gain one of the following effects, based on your choice from your Runic Might feature   Improved Fire Fury: The additional fire damage applies to all unarmed strikes. Fire damage dealt in this way bypasses resistance.   Improved Storm Dispersal: You regain 2 hit points at the end of your turn for each ki point you spend on your turn. This includes the ki points used to enlarge yourself and to activate this feature.   Improved Stone Strength: You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing, both magical and non-magical.   Improved Hill Endurance: You increase the temporary hit points you gain by a number equal to two rolls of your martial arts die. In addition, at the beginning of each of your turns, you gain temporary hit points equal to a roll of your martial arts die.   Improved Frost Walker The first time you hit a creature with an unarmed strike on your turn, they must make a Constitution Saving throw against your Monk Save DC. On a fail, they have disadvantage on attack rolls it makes before the start of your next turn.

At level 17

Ultimate Runic Strength
You have finally unlocked the full might of a Giant. Starting at 17th level, When you use your Soul of Giants trait to Enlarge, you become 2 sizes larger instead of 1 size, and the extra d4 on damage rolls instead becomes an extra roll of your martial arts die. Finally, when you enter your enlarged state, you may choose 2 giant types instead of one Runic Might feature. However, when you use your Improved Runes feature, you may only select one of the types chosen; you cannot choose both.   Also starting at 17th level, you add your martial arts die on Constitution saving throws and Strength saving throws.
