All allies within 30ft of the weilder have +1 to their attack rolls and damage rolls. You have disavdantage on melee attack rolls and enemies have disadvantage on melee attacks against you.

Dismay:
This warhammer is a +1 weapon
All enemies within 30ft of the wielder have -1 to all attack rolls and damage rolls. You have advantage on all melee attack rolls and Enemies have adv on all melee attack rolls on you.
