Additionally, when you hit a creature with this weapon, they & anything they are wearing or holding are dyed in the color of ink you used for the weapon. This ink cannot be removed unless cleaned by water or magic. It takes 1 oz of ink to fire this weapon, and the weapon can store up to 3 lbs of ink (consult ink bottle 1 ounce for price). A pound of ink can be loaded in as an Action”
