Attuning to it is as simple as putting it on alongside its accompanying brooch and meditating for the entire attunement time. Effects: When equipped, AC becomes 11+Dexterity modifier. All skill checks made with the Charisma stat are rolled with advantage. If the wearer is female or otherwise feminine (even with illusions) an additional +2 is added.
