Dual Caster Studded Leather

While wearing this armor, an aura extends out in a 30 ft radius centered on you. When a creature within the aura casts a spell you can use your reaction to expend a spell slot equal or greater to the level of the spell slot used in the casting, allowing the creature to cast the spell again at the level of the expended spell slot. If the spell is interrupted before being completed, then both spells fail.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until the next dawn.
