A deck of cards, blessed by Timora. This deck appears to be a deck of playing cards. While attuned to it, once a day a character can use spell scrying only on a person (DC15, all other features are exactly the same as the generic spell). If the target fails his save, the wielder then can cast teleport to teleport to that person's location.
Additionally, this deck acts as a weapon. The cards can be thrown as shurikens, and they deal 1d4 base damage. Cards return to the deck after a very short delay.

The deck has 6 charges. By expanding 1 charge wielder may imbue a card with one of magical effects:

1. Blue card: +3d6 force damage to the target

2. Red card: +2d6 force damage to the target +1d6 force damage to all enemies in 5ft radius around the target.

3. Gold card: +1d6 force damage and the target is stunned until the end of his next turn.

The deck restores 1d6 charges at dawn.

Proficiency with a dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
