Curtain's call does 1d10 extra necrotic and 1d10 extra radiant damage per hit the first time you hit a creature with this weapon on a turn, they must make a DC 17 Wisdom save or be under effects of the "enemies abound" spell for one round
Tragedy
Curtain's call does 2d10 extra necrotic damage per hit When you hit a creature with a melee attack using this weapon, they must succeed on a Wisdom save (dc17) or be overcome with grief, taking a -2 penalty to attack rolls, ability checks, and saves for one round, this effect can stack up to two times

When Curtain's call reduces a creature to 0hp, the wielder of Curtain's call can use a reaction to regain 3d8 HP, and gain the haste effect for 2 rounds, without the ending lethargy
