Collecting Building Materials

Need 1 units materiel per 5 square ft for a building
A Person can collect units of basic materiel a day equal to roll made (athletics in most cases ping a dm what to roll)

To find rarer stuff such as ores like iron, spefic type tree like a strong oak, or blue ice ping dm and roll investigation(unless asked to roll something else). A dm will determine if find said materil and how much find if so and rate of collection
