Boon of the Knowledgeable Caster
Epic Boon Feat (Prerequisite: Boon or Level 19+; Spellcasting or Pact Magic Feature)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 30.
Spell Transcriber. You are able to read and use spell scrolls as if the inscribed spell was on your class's spell list. Additionally, when you find a spell of level 1+ that isn't on your class's spell list, you can attempt to learn it if it's of a level you can cast. For each level of the spell, the effort takes 4 hours and costs 100 GP. Afterward, you can prepare or learn the spell as if it were on your class's spell list, but it is not considered a spell of that class. If the spell requires an attack roll or saving throw, you use the ability score increased by this feat when determining the attack bonus or save DC.
