Upon scoring a critical hit or hitting a creature below 50% of their HP, the target takes an extra 10 damage of the weapon's type. Additionally, they must pass a DC 19 Constitution save. Upon a fail, their AC is reduced by 1 (MAX stack: -3). On a pass, they are immune to the effect until the next long rest.
