Uncover vault information

The dwarven historian Arsok Frostshoulder located in Melbaduhr has information about the Vault of Heroes that they are currently investigating, but requires access to lost documents. He will direct them to Dunboldir within Bal Farum, a city that was overthrown by a large goblin force, to secure the Archives of Bal Farum for the dwarves to relocate to Melbaduhr. The leader of the goblin army is the infamous Elendar Duin.
