Casian

Casian is the pixie who creates arcane spell scrolls to sell at Defiant Moon. He also operates Defiant Moon East and creates spell scrolls for a commission there.
He is a tiny green creature with bright wings that are reminescent of a butterfly's wings. He is incredibly friendly and outgoing, and loves meeting new people. He will always drop whatever he is working on to chat with people.
