House Bertrand
The Questor Imperialis House Bertrand traces its lineage to before the Great Crusade and has maintained rulership of its fiefdom of the Valloix system since its initial contact with the Imperium in M30. Becoming first planetary governors of their Knight World of Valloix Prime, and later by rights of conquest to spread to the rest of the system. While maintaining its fiefdom over the whole system, the house maintains its seat of power on Valloix Prime under its High King, Jacque XXVI, The Fist of Him on Earth.
