new mycenae is a Greek demigod training camp/Fortress located on the north shore of Long Island. The camp is supervised by the god Dionysus and Chiron. it is also self-governed by the military assembly headed by the Polemarchos and the Senior Council of Head Counselors. It is also the Greek counterpart of New Rome, a Roman camp in San Francisco, California. The camp has magical borders which are enforced by the Golden Fleece and temples of the gods ensuring that no monster could get into camp. The Fleece stays on the tree at the entrance of the camp, guarded by the dragon Peleus, its magical powers protecting the camp from monsters and invaders. The camp's cover name is Delphi Strawberry Service, a reference to the name of the Oracle of Delphi.

Structural Society

Camp Half-Blood has multiple parallel societal structure leading to campers to have a multutude of different allegiance to the different hierarchical bodies. this included the military hierarchy of the first mora, the mystery cults, Divine cabins, Council of Cloven Elders, the four philosophy schools, and the gymnasia. These conflicting authorities often caused disagreement between the heads of organizations as well as individuals to shirk their allegiances to different authorities. Often resulting in both infighting within the camp as well as a tradition of individualism.
Divine cabins are the cabins patronized by their immortal parents. Each cabin is headed by a Head Counselor who in charge of their cabin, all their half-siblings and any shrine dedicated to their godly parent. the selection and elegability is determened by each cabin independently according to their traditions and customs. These can range from simply the eldest demigod, most completed quests, votes or even competitions.
the mystery cults are dedicate to secret rites and the higher mysteries.
The Council of Cloven Elders is a council made up of honorary satyr members whose main duty is to abide over the satyrs' search for the god Pan. They are also delegates representing the corncerns of natural spirits to Camp Half-Blood.
The four philosophy schools of the Academy, the Lyceum, the Stoa and the Garden are voluntary groups dedicate to teaching one of the four greek philosophies. Each one is headed by Scholarch and the group will meet once a week on saturdays.
Gymnasia are the classes held at Camp Half-Blood. They cover a variety of subjects from Ancient Greek to swordmenship. A class in one is taught by the subject matter expert known as a instructor. The classes offered include pyg ar fighting, Knife fighting, Swordsmanship, Archery, Pegasus riding, athletics, music, pottery, weaving, sculpting, forging, Ancient Greek, Greek Mythology, and mathmatics.  

Locations

The camp has 4 main sections, the inner bailey holds the 14 temples to the 12 Olympians as well as Hestia and Hades. the temples are arranged in a u shape new the walls. The prytaneion is located at the center, right behind the great pine. This building is the meeting place of the Greek military assembly and the home of Chiron. still within the inner bailey, the thesauros was off to the right side of the lion gate, entrance to the inner bailey, as well as the sacred garden to the left. The outer bailey is divided into four subsections with the harbor district, military district, residential district and the commercial district. The harbor includes the wharfs, dock, shipyard, forges and warehouses. The largest of the districts is the residential district. containing the Divine Cabins of the tweve olympians. The Cabins themself are enchanted to be many times larger inside than it appears to be from outside. The other buildings in the residential district dining pavilion and bath house as well as the many tholoi. Each one dedicated to a certain god and used for the children of that god, to meet without disturbances. The next subsection is the military district which contains the desmoterion, armory, sword fighting arena, archery field, Dromos track and the palaestra. The last subsection is the commercial district. this includes the agora with a Stoa around it, amphitheater, library, Camp Store, Gymnasium and the Arts & Crafts Center. The 3rd main section is demoi, the surrounding land filled with Villas, strawberry fields, and grape fields. other notable places outside the wall are the pegasus stables, Lacedaemon fields, Hippodrome, Cave of the Oracle, Beach, Climbing Wall, Volleyball Court and Canoe Lake. The last notable place would be the forest itself wich contained Grove of Dodona, Bunker 9 and Zeus' Fist lie within.
