(She works for the Seattle Times but is also a new member of the Inquisiiton called the Night's Cross.) Elias stands, pacing slowly as he continues. "While Ms. Carter is but a novice within her misguided organization, if left unchecked, she may yet cause considerable trouble for our kind. I would prefer to avoid drawing such...scrutin particularly now.
He turns, fixing you with an intent stare. "And so, I require your assistance in resolving this problem discretely. Track this Ms. Carter, uncover what she knows, and once her meddling becomes a true threat...remove her." I hear a whisper that she and her crew will are headed to Discovery Park tonight. Perhaps someone tipped her off to some nefarious dealing that is supposed to happen their tonight. Elias smiles.
Returning to his desk, Elias slides an envelope over to you. "I any Information you need should be enclosed. I trust you will exercise appropriate subtlety." Leaning forward, his voice lowers. "Succeed in this, and you will have proven yourselves valuable allies worthy of the Council's ear. The night awaits, young ones."
