Motivation

Elluvitar is the primary deity in the kingdom of Varaskien and Thorolund, and is the lord of the sun and day. His faith revolves around the cycles of the world, for every light, there is an equal shadow, with destruction comes rebirth. As such, Elluvitar is a rather aloof deity, and his followers mirror this mentality. The church is broken up into four sects, detailed below. Elluvitar’s antithesis in Varaskien in the savage deity Teridax, god of winter, vengeance, and darkness.
