Lady Velgian or Guild Master Zeracille Velgian (a.k.a. Zera)

Zeracille Velgian is the Grand Matron of the Velgian merchant Family, a Powerful Tiefling Sorceress in her own right and considered to be the most devious and cunning of the Merchant houses. She Is the eldest daughter of Kellox, the previous head of the family, who has taken to retirement while his daughter runs their trade empire.
She stands nearly 6' tall with deep crimson skin and black hair that fans around her Ram-Like Spiralled horns like a lions mane. She commonly wears fitted black leather that leaves little to the imagination. While Zeracille wields the power of her family and their blood magic it is her cunning and charismatic ways of manipulation that help her achieve her goals most often
