Law Of Binding And Payment

The Law of Binding and Payment, or LBP, for short, is one of the few major laws that must be followed and is enforced within the UMC. This law states that any who take up a contract with a mercenary must pay that mercenary for their services after the contract has been fullfilled and completed.
As well as paying the mercenary or mercenaries who have completed the contract, a tax must be payed as well to the UMC Capital.
Failure to follow any of these laws or to try and take away from what these laws attempt to accomplish will see you or any associated with the breaking of these laws to be found, captured, and done with as seen fit by the authorities of the UMC.
