Written for WA Summer Camp 2021 - Prompt 14

Organization: Describe an old or ancient organization which still casts a shadow over part of your setting.

A movement beginning wit the Alnasl, this group vies for the unification of the Ram under a unique set of customs and beliefs.
It is very difficult to identify who exactly is part of this group as they are very selective of its members and careful to blend in perfectly. Over time, they have extended their reach to Arkab before they were stopped by warriors from Rukbat.
since not all members were caught, there is still certain unrest about a possible comeback of the organization.

Structure

The organization is divided into three levels.
The higher most level is the leader of the organization. The leader has a group of followers, that can run missions solo or run another group of people. the leader sets targets, missions and objectives for the organization. It is not a voted but taken and fought for position. At any time, the leader might be challenged by any member of the organization. Objectives might change with the leader but the essence of taking over and unification remain.
The middle level is comprised of individuals who receive orders directly from the leader. at this level, one may choose to act alone or to lead a group of members. At this level, one is allowed to choose the means and ways in which an objective might be achieved.
the lowest level is comprised of common members separate in groups lead by individuals from the second level. There is not much room for creativity while carrying missions. However, as the second layer usually doesn't follow actions all that closely, some members like to change methods. Some second layers don't mind as long as the mission is completed, but others do and punish such members besides transferring the member to another group.
