Black Fish Cult
The tribes speak about Ehra, a Kontra man legendary for his extraordinary lung capacity and his long dives. One day, he plunged into the abyss and heard a mournful song. The origin of the melody was an ancient guardian of gone sea beings that reigned supreme beneath the waves and found their demise in the days of the apocalypse. Not wanting to fade she made Ehra an offer: to inherit the power of her people and become her champion. He was moved by the sorrow in her voice and accepted, becoming not only the founder of the Black Fish Cult but also the very first cetanthrope.
Structure
The cult is a religious organization integrated within Kontra's society, combining the workship of the old god with her new guardian. They don't seem to have a hierarchy but the specific rites and knowledge of the cult are only shared between centathropes.
Public Agenda
Despite the secrecy of the inner rites they share plenty of stories of their goddess through ritual songs performed for all to hear. Beyond these chants, they pride themselves as community protectors wielding their might to fight dangerous monsters and venture into the depths for food in times of need.
Assets
Their ability to transform into bipedal cetaceans not only grants them great strength but also the ability to explore the ocean's depths farther than anyone and thus access resources out of the reach of their brethren.

Love the idea of a cult residing within a character's body.
what do you mean?
Ah, misread the text. Never mind! Good cult, though.
