Lady Otylia is the first born child and only daughter of Count Anatol Palbuc V. She was named after her mother and namesake Countess Otylia of Palbuc.
She has her mother's knack for diplomacy but not her head for numbers and not especially pretty for a noblewoman. She ended up marrying a nobleman of fairly low status.
