Station 0

Station 0, also known as The terraformer back when D.D. Program 02 was still online. Back when humanity wasn't extinct.
As you can guess from it's original name, this ship was made in the purpose to terraform a planet. It's original target was Mars. The project was abandoned as terraforming a planet would take to long, and the cryopods automatically and systematically shut the brains of the patients down, which ment they could be revived but would be brain dead. S.A.V.E. also calculated that, even if that wasn't an issue, Mars wouldn't be a long term option as the limited resources of the planet would last humanity, even if only a selected group survived, a couple of years at most. Life on mars wouldn't last with out constant artificial readjustments which woul cost a lot of resources only found on earth. All in all, an undoable project. The ship, which had already been built, was left, abandoned on earth, once D.D. program 03 was shut down.
But when S.A.V.E. went rogue, it stole the terraformer and rebaptised it Station 0: it's new plan was to use the cryopods to save a selected group of humanity, and then to terraform earth itself, which wouldn't ask for much since most of the basis would still be there, it would just need to "clean" it. The problem was the same for cryopods though, humans were still braindead. So, it scanned their brains before taking off, and created A.I. copies of them as way to "save" their mind until it found a solution to "upload" them back in.
That was a good plan. Until the corruption happened...
