Lonebear Kalgarata, Martyr of Crila

Martyr of Crila Lonebear Kalgarata, Sir

Social

Family Ties

Lonebear, as their name might suggest, was an isolated member of their tribe, who specialised in navigating the space between Eldryn and his native community. Eventually Lonebear left their tribe to join the Eldryn kings guard. By doing this, they cut direct ties with them, changing their name to Lonebear and wearing a mourning veil in public at all times to represent their 'death' in the tribe. Even so, Lonebear acted as diplomat between his past and present loyalties.   After their sacrifice in Crila, Lonebear's actions were passed back to the Kalgarata tribe, and they were granted tribal membership and name once more, though post-mortem.

Religious Views

Lonebear was famously non-religious, believing strongly in the cycles of nature itself, and the power of the individual to shape the world around them positively or negatively. In saying this, Lonebear participated in all the rituals and ceremonies that were required of his tribe, and continued as many as they could even after leaving the culture. Once part of Eldryn society, Lonebear incorporated many of their traditions as well.

Social Aptitude

Lonebear was a quiet and thoughtful being, known for pondering aloud through questions posed to them. This earnestness is what gained him the favour of the king of Eldryn, and caused his rapid rise to the royal guard
