The Drangarin of the Luna Balcan will no longer come to the aid of the City-States that turned their back on the Stavs.
The Luna Balcan becomes under siege from the Tema-El, a monstrous race that lives under the mountains. The siege lasts seven months before they are beaten back. No help comes from the South despite calls for it, and certainly no magic is shared.
