Third Silver Revolution / Summerlands Revolution

A third revolution begins in Dinlirys, beginning with the Silent Massacre which attempts to silence the populace before they can rally behind any new leader.

With Golryon being unable to aide the city administration, an opprotunity is created. In the lack of support and upkeep from Golryon, riots begin through Dinlirys. Buildings belonging to the secret police (Lighthouse) of the cities Marquises are bombed, and the people's cry of "No Kings In Our Free City" rallies all against arcane businesses and the magocratic elite that seek to control those without magic or money.   Martial law is declared by the old loyalists, and with the help of the budding Arcane Congress, they lock down the city. None may enter or leave with the artifacts of the nobility, the Schema, the Artifacts, etc. The city, however, is most certainly not theirs.
