The Shaper's Guild embarks on a twenty-five year contract

After the success of their last venture, the Shapers Guild is again contracted to build upon their fortress and the Durumi in Durum and Orkandurum vye for their services as well, and they enter a twenty-five year contract to build fortresses for them. This is what allows the first permanent settlements there. They accept this with the blessing of the Duke of Golryon, as they are technically owned by the city there, as they build up the infrastructure.
